Allparts Music is committed to your satisfaction, offering a 30-day return window for items in original, uninstalled condition. If your guitar components or hardware do not meet your expectations, we provide straightforward options for credit, exchange, or refund.

Return Process

  Request an RMA

  Contact our customer support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our warehouse.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely package the products in their original packaging, ensuring all screws, springs, and documentation are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package using a traceable carrier to our designated returns center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Processing

  Once received, our technicians will inspect the parts for signs of installation or wear, and your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
